　　in Beijing: 在北京
　　at 9:45: 在九点四十五分
　　on Saturday: 在周六
　　in 2006: 在2006年.

　　* maths: 数学, 是mathematics的缩写, 数学家: mathematician, 形容词是mathematic.
　　* history: 历史, 历史学, 历史的: historical, 历史学家: historian. 记忆一个单词的时候, 要把它的其他词性的拼写也记住, 这样对以后英语学习将非常有帮助.

　　* pupil: 小学生, 一般中学以上可以用student. 另外pupil还有瞳孔的意思.
　　* was: 也是be的过去式, 它管着I, 比如: I was a student 12 years ago. 12年以前我是一名学生.

　　* be good at: 词组, 意思擅长, 如:
　　He is good at soccer. 他擅长踢足球.

　　* That"s good: 那敢情好. 还可以这么说: Good for you.
