　　想不到三个月前停笔的文章还有人在顶，很受感动与鼓励，现在再接再厉，以示感谢。
　　1.States scramble to find funds to fix roads and bridges. 各州都在竭力寻找资金来修路补桥。 His campaign scrambled to defuse possible damage. 他的竞选班子在竭尽全力来挽回可能的损失。Scramble 通常意思是“搅拌”，例如：scrambled egg，这里的意思是“竭力干一件事”。
