　　Andy：既能省钱又能锻炼，还可以一路享受到微风拂面的感觉。
　　Bobo：你把骑自行车说得那么吸引人，可我太懒了。
　　Andy：打的有什么好？
　　Bobo：跟司机聊天总是很有趣。我不仅可以听到最新的小道消息, 还可以节省好多时间.

　　Andy：从这个角度看也不错，可我想我还是继续骑自行车。

　　* catch: 捕捉, 追赶, 追上, 接. 过去式和过去分词是caught. 如:
　　1. You should be in a hurry, or you can’t catch the flight. (你得快点了, 否则你赶不上那航班了.)

　　2. He caught a cold.(他感冒了.)
　　3. Catch the ball! (接球!)
　　* catch taxi: take taxi, 在俺们东北叫打车, 在上海叫打出租车, 在广州叫打的, 你的家乡叫什么?
　　* everywhere you go: 无论去哪, 还可以: wherever you go.
　　* hate: 憎恨, 名词, 动词都可以. 它的反义词就是love. 波波, 你到底要love还是hate?
　　I hate math, cos I don’t like my math teacher. (我恨数学, 因为我不喜欢数学老师.)

　　If we hate less, then the whole world would be more beautiful.(如果我们恨得少点, 整个世界就会更美好.)
　　* cab: taxi, taxicab, 出租车, 波波, 马上把这三个词记住.
　　* have you ever thought: have you ever + 过去分词这种形式普遍使用, 意思相当于中文"你可曾经...",如:
　　Have you ever been to Tibet? (你可曾经去过西藏?)
　　Has she ever fallen in love with Tom? (她有爱上过汤姆?)

　　* ride bike: 骑自行车
　　* instead: 代替, 一般放在句尾, 如:
　　I am learning New Concept English instead. (我正在学习新概念英语.意思代替了所有的教材.) 你还可以这么说: Instead of Family Album USA, I am learning New Concept English now. (我正在学习新概念英语, 而取代了"走遍美国.") 波波, 你会用instead了吗?
　　* Why should I do that: 最后一个t咱们还是别念出来了.
　　* save money: 省钱.
　　* get some exercise: do some exercise: 锻炼.
　　* enjoy: 享受, 欣赏.

　　* ride along: 沿路骑车, 相似的表示法还有walk along. drive along等等.
　　* sound: 听上去.
　　That sounds a great idea. 这听上去是不错的主意.
　　The movie sounds quite interesting. 这部电影听上去很有趣.
　　* attractive: 有吸引力的. 波波, 你碰到一个美女打你身边飘过, 你可以对安迪这么说:

　　This girl is attractive. 这姑娘很有吸引力. 或者你可以这么说:
　　The girl attracts me much. 这姑娘很吸引我.
　　* but I am too lazy, you know: 在美国人的嘴巴经常听见you know, 其实也没有什么意思, 相当于中文的这个, 那个. 波波, 当你英语很溜的时候, 你对安迪也会you know了. 其它常用的这个那个还有like,ok, hmmm等等. 人讲话的时候, 不像写文章, 有一个间隔的过程, 你可以用you know, like, ok, hmmm来过渡.
　　* What’s so great about...: 这是一个句型, 你后面可以加需要了解的人和事儿.
　　* driver: 司机. 波波提问:那么老师, 私人司机怎么说? 波波, 你总是把安迪当成百科全书, 安迪也不知道. 等下, 我查了词典, chauffeur, 原来是一个法语词, 敢情英国人都是自己开车.

　　* interesting: 有趣的. 在安迪实际教育当中, 大约有85%的学生老是拼错这个词, 波波, 你像拆变形金刚一样把它分开来:inte+rest.
　　* talk to sb: 与人唠嗑, 交谈.
　　* latest news: 最新新闻, latest version: 最新版本.
　　* save time: 省时.
　　* good way: 好方法.

　　* stick with: 继续从事, 继续做某事, stick是一个非常活跃的词, 基本意思棍, 棒; 手杖; 柄.它的词组也很多, 下面你猜猜cancer stick是什么东东呢?
　　* choice: 选择, 品质好的, 如choice apple: 精选苹果.
　　●作业 (今天奖励: 我们一起骑去郊游.)
　　1. It costs me 12 RMB to take cab.
　　2. Future plastic will be made from surplus corn instead of imported oil.
　　3. I’m still not sure whether I take taxi or catch a bus.

　　4. The music sounds very pleasing to the ears.
　　5. The shop was selling choice apples, so I bought 3 kilos of them.

　　Andy: Like the radio. Radio can be a good way to get the latest news fast.

　　Bobo: But it cannot give you the pictures available on the TV.
　　Andy: Whatever way we use to get news, it’s easier if we can understand English these days!
